Tech Update: Zoom Inside

When Zoom entered the market way back in 2013, little did anybody know, at least at the time, just how much of an impact it would make just a few years down the line. One global pandemic and 14 years later, and Zoom has become one of, if not, the biggest conferencing solutions in the world. On that note, this tech update, hosted by ESCO at Space, One Ayala on May 26, 2026 was aimed at educating targeted guests about the latest Zoom innovations.

Besides new features, special guest speakers shared their expertise on how the Zoom environment can further be maximized, as well as introduced the brand’s latest AI capabilities. With the advent of the rise of AI use, Zoom is capitalizing on the shift, adopting emerging new technologies to better automate and streamline its toolset.

The session primarily focused on how organizations can:

• Work smarter, scale faster with Zoom Workplace.

• Enable flexible workspace collaboration with Zoom Spaces.

• Transform business communications with Zoom Phone.

Meetings and conferences have communication at the core, which, to an extent, involve a level of ‘proximity’ for all those involved. Proximity, or at least the essence of it, is all about “being present”, whether physically or digitally. Zoom has helped shape the modern understanding of video conferencing and has contributed significantly to its proliferation as a collaborative tool and growing avenue for communication. ESCO is honored to be involved in such a transformative industry as AV, helping empower businesses at scale through technological adaptation and integration.
