The ability to promptly respond to deviances from standard protocol should never be just an ‘add-on’ option.

Ronell Baes, Head of IT Infrastructure APAC, FMC Corporation, shared practical wisdom on managing AV–IT ecosystems both technically and financially. Sir Ronell demonstrated how strategic planning leads to more optimal resource allocation, prolonged equipment lifecycles, reduced e-waste, and maximized investment. A well-managed AV-IT ecosystem essentially gives you more for less, which easily translates to more gains at lesser costs.Terrence Tan Roque, CFMP , Senior Regional Lead, Infosys BPM Philippines emphasized how maintaining 100% functionality doesn’t just prevent downtime, but can help save millions, preventing costly replacements and contributing to sustainability by extending equipment lifespan.
