Business Development Manager, Unified Communications

Seeking a dynamic and driven individual who is keen on driving sales and strategic initiatives for unified communication SAAS products. Applicant will gain experience in SAAS products like Microsoft Teams and Zoom communications. He/she will also have to drive the SAAS initiative among ESCO’s other regional offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically target, prospects and understand business requirements of potential clients
  • Perform end-to-end impact analysis and propose solutions that meet business objectives and SLAs
  • Provide product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales territory
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle with the ability to do accurate forecasting
  • Strong relationship management with key partners (Primarily Microsoft / Zoom and hardware ecosystem partners)
  • Participate in industry/product functions, seminars and round tables to remain up to date on industry or product knowledge
  • May deliver presentations/solutions to high-level clients and industry conference attendees
  • May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions
  • Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important
  • Document and present solution designs and architecture
  • Be the first point of contact throughout the testing phases
  • Deliver a high-quality service by continuously seeking ways to improve services, leveraging the investment in the products, and evaluating new products and services

THE PRE-REQUISITES

  • Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant industry
  • Technical experience, in-depth knowledge, and exposure to a broad range of conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and others, as well as experience with training and support for these solutions
  • Experience with Voice and Telephony is a bonus
  • Willingness to take ownership and drive projects
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle and system solutions design
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in customer liaison and management
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills across various levels in the organisation
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed
  • Attention to detail and able to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple deliverables
  • Exceptional presentation skills, written and oral communication skills
