Q: What is the best thing about your job?
A:The sense of satisfaction when I can resolve an issue.
Q: How does a typical day in ESCO look like?
A: Looking at the schedules, prepping physically, logistically and mentally before heading down to site. Once on site, I would set about to rectify the issues or follow up on open tickets. Also, as a Senior Engineer, I would be checking in with the team if they are having any outstanding issues and if so, will work alongside with them to get it resolved.

A:The company has expanded its range of solutions and offerings.

A: My job revolves around managing customer’s expectation and getting their problem resolved and maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders. I support Key Accounts on sales quotation generation and process it accordingly.
