The Responsibilities

  • General administration duties relating to purchasing, delivery and goods receipt (e.g. vendor registration)
  • Submission of progress claims
  • Source and procure equipment and materials according to project requirements
  • Generation of Sales Order from Purchase Orders from clients
  • Generate Purchase Order and forward to respective suppliers/vendors
  • Negotiate and co-ordinate with suppliers/internal teammates/external vendors for best pricing support and delivery schedule
  • ETA Lead Time update / report for the Project Managers
  • Maintain database and records
  • Ensure accurate data entry of pricing into Microsoft NAV system
  • Internal monthly closing in accordance with company policies and procedures, not limited to: Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Goods Receipt
  • Works closely with Finance on payment schedule
  • Perform other duties as required

The Pre-Requisites

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Prior purchasing experience
  • Sensitive to numbers
  • Knowledge of import/export restriction and required shipping documentations
  • Attention to detail and works well under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimally 2-3 years of experience in integration sales support
  • Good knowledge of Office 365; specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Required language(s): Fluent in English
  • Required Skills (s): Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Must be detailed and patient
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
