The Responsibilities

  • Be a key player in dealing with internal and external staff, vendors, partners and suppliers
  • Assist local project delivery and local customer support
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively with the related teams
  • Interface between local team and regional based project delivery and customer support teams
  • Drive long-term customer satisfaction through maintaining and managing partner relationships
  • Assist and work towards the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  • Review customer complaints and work towards resolutions
  • Engage partners actively, positively and consistently, and assist them with any required problem-solving and gather feedback
  • Other ad-hoc duties
