The Responsibilities
- Be a key player in dealing with internal and external staff, vendors, partners and suppliers
- Assist local project delivery and local customer support
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively with the related teams
- Interface between local team and regional based project delivery and customer support teams
- Drive long-term customer satisfaction through maintaining and managing partner relationships
- Assist and work towards the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Review customer complaints and work towards resolutions
- Engage partners actively, positively and consistently, and assist them with any required problem-solving and gather feedback
- Other ad-hoc duties
