ESCO Philippines had a blast at our Business Planning and Team Building Day from 8-9 March 2019, the event went smoothly with the help of our facilitators at Phillip’s Sanctuary (Antipolo, Rizal).
Business Planning took almost a full day as each of the members shared their experiences in the past year and resolutions for the new one. In these 2 days, we learned a lot from one another and understood better how each department functions.
On the second day, we had a Team Building session which challenged our wits and tested our teamwork. Divided into two groups, dubbed Black Ops and Selda Tres (3rd Cell, as in where a prisoner is kept), we fought hard battles on land, ropes and mud.
At the end of the day, the bonds were undoubtedly strengthened and the team had a lot of fun.
